摘    要:简要介绍了采用双真空冶炼工艺大尺寸机匣甩0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢大规格棒材的研制情况。结果表明,其生产的φ500m的大规格棒材,各项性能均能满足大尺寸机匣棒材的标准,说明现行大规格棒材的生产工艺是可行的。

Abstract:The development of large size steel bar 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb for large size aero-engine casing with double vacuum smelting process is introduced briefly. The research results showed that the properties of 500 mm large size steel bar 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb met the requirements of standard for steel bar for large size aero-engine casing, which proved that the current production process for large size steel bar was feasible.
