摘    要:研究了840℃、860℃、880℃三个不同的碳化物熔断温度和两个不同的冷却速度对Cr8型轧辊用钢球化组织的影响。研究了950℃~1140℃淬火和1040℃淬火+200℃-600℃回火对Cr8型轧辊用钢淬火组织和晶粒度及硬度的影响。结果表明:Cr8钢种最佳的球化退火工艺为880℃熔断,20℃/h的速度冷到740℃保温球化。Cr8钢种最佳的淬火温度为1040℃~1060℃,最佳的回火温度为520℃-540℃。

Abstract:The effect of three different carbide fusing temperature at 840 ℃, 860 ℃, 880 ℃ and two different cooling speed on spheroidized structure of Cr8 type roll steel was studied. The effect of 950 ℃ -1140 ℃ quenching and 1040 ℃ quenching+200 ℃ - 6 00 ℃ tempering on quenching structure and grain size and hardness of Cr8 type roll steel was studied. Results showed that the best spheroidizing annealing process of Cr8 steel is fusing at 880℃, and cooling to 740 ℃ at a rate of ≤20℃/h and spheroidizing at 740 ℃. The optimum quenching temperature of Cr8 steel is 1040 ℃ - 1060 ℃, the best tempering temperature of Cr8 steel is 520 ℃ - 540 ℃.
