摘    要:系统地分析研究了10Cr18Ni9NbCu3BN钢的热穿孔工艺、冷轧工艺、半成品高温软化工艺和成品固溶工艺以及冷轧变形量对成品晶粒度均匀性的影响,重点研究讨论了半成品管不同软化温度和不同保温时间以及成品管不同固溶温度和不同保温时间对成品晶粒度的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of hot piercing process, cold rolling process, high temperature softening process of the semi-finished product, solution treatment process of the finished product and cold deformation on the uniformity of the grain size was systematically analyzed. And what' s more, the effect of different softening tem- peratures and hold time as well as different solution treatment temperatures and hold time on the grain size of the finished product was researched.
