太阳能光伏炼钢探索性实验及思考

摘    要:基于对传统钢铁生产节能减排的思考,探讨了使用清洁能源炼钢的问题,提出了太阳能光伏炼钢概念在技术层面上的特点:一是光电转化,转换过程直接迅速,且不会伴随任何物质转变和化学变化;二是“脱网”,即不与常规的输供电电网相搭接,以保证系统在能量方面的独立性。采用系统工程方法对工艺过程、电热转换方式、炼钢反应器和蓄能方式进行了评选、分析和集成。经反复设计和核算,确定了光伏炼钢概念炉基本参数,独立自主地制成了第1台公称容量为1 kg的概念炉,并成功进行了多次炼钢实验,完成了太阳能光伏炼钢从理念到现实的跨越。

Abstract:Based on the thinking of energy saving and emission reduction of traditional steel making, it is researched to applicate clean energy in the process of steel making. The photovoltaic steel making concept is introduced with characteristics of photovoltaic effect transformation and off network by the group. The process of the transformation is direct and immediate without any substantial and chemical change. The aim of off network unconnecting with regular power grid is to ensure energy independence of the system. Processes, electrothermal transformatin modes, steel making reactors and energy storage forms are evaluated , analysised and integrated by the means of system engineering.. The basic parameters are given after the calculation and designment. 1 kg capacity photovoltaic steel making concept furnace has been designed and manufactured independently. It turns theory into reality as many times steel making experiment has been done.
