陀螺测斜仪井下数据采集与传输系统

摘    要:本文介绍了基于DSP技术的陀螺测斜仪井下数据采集与传输系统,采用CAN总线与前端陀螺电路通讯,完成对陀螺数据的接收与控制。DSP内部的ADC模块用来转换加速度计模拟信号及其它电压、电流监控信号,采样精度为12b。软件实现曼彻斯特码的编码/解码,数据通过单芯电缆发送到地面仪器,经计算机解算可得出井眼的精确位置信息。系统软硬件设计相对简单,经测试表明该方案的可行性,满足系统要求,且具有一定的通用性。

Abstract:In this paper,the design of Gyro logging downhole data acquisition and transfer system based on DSP is introduced.CAN Bus is used to communicate with front circuit to receive Gyro data and control it.ADC module inside DSP,which has a 12b resolution,is used to convert analogy signals from accelerometer and other current or voltage monitor signals.The Manchester encoder and decoder are realized in software.Acquired data are transferred to ground instrument through single cable,and then the computer can calculate the final result.The hardware and software of this system are simple relatively.The results show this scheme is feasible to meet requirements of the system,and can be applied to other data acquisition and transfer system.
