摘    要:介绍和比较了非晶硅和单、多晶硅太阳能电池组件的优缺点。针对它们在并网光伏发电系统中的应用,采用PVsyst软件对各种太阳能电池组件的比功率发电量进行模拟。结果表明,非晶硅太阳能薄膜电池板的比功率发电量大于单、多晶硅的比功率发电量。

Simulation and Comparison of Specific Yield of Several Solar Cells
Abstract:Introduction and comparison were made to amorphous silicon,monocrystalline silicon,polycrystalline silicon solar cells for their advantages and disadvantages.Aiming at their applications in grid connected system,simulation was made by adoption of PVsyst software for every kind of solar cells specific yield.The results show that amorphous silicon film cells specific yield is larger than monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon solar cells.
