双闸板防喷器壳体非线性有限元分析

摘    要:建立了双闸板防喷器壳体的三维实体模型及力学分析模型,用MSC.Nastran有限元分析软件对壳体进行了承载能力分析,考虑了材料的弹塑性特性,分析了壳体的极限承载能力、多种载荷情况下的应力应变情况及进入塑性状态的载荷和塑性扩展区域,为验证设计的安全性、合理性及进一步改进设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Blowout preventers are important devices on oil wellhead.A 3-D model of blowout preventer case and mechanics analysis is established.Carrying capacity is accomplished by use of MSC Nastran Software and the elastic-plastic character of material is considered.In limit carrying capacity and multi-loading,stress distribution and the load into plastic status and plastic zone is analyzed,thus to offer the basic of proved design safety,reasonable and further design.
