逆向起爆小长径比聚能射孔弹试验与数值计算研究

摘    要:对逆向起爆网络进行了研究及试验,对逆向起爆聚能射孔弹进行了多方案试验,并进行了脉冲X光摄影试验及数值模拟计算.结果表明,逆向起爆小长径比聚能射孔弹可形成高速细长射流;起爆同步性对逆向起爆形成射流有重大影响;X光摄影显示逆向起爆聚能射孔弹形成的射流具有高速、细长的特征,其头部速度达7.8 km/s;数值模拟计算逆向起爆聚能射孔弹的射流具有高速、细长的特征,其头部速度为8.96 km/s.

Abstract:Converse detonating meshwork is researched with experimental means.Converse detonating shaped charges(i.e.,configuration A and B) are designed and tested.The jet-forming course of B is recorded by X-radiography.The tested data and calculated results prove that the converse detonating shaped charge has the ability to produce high velocity and long jet;Its detonating simultaneity influences the jet-forming fatefully;The Xradiography displays velocity of the jet is 7.8 km/s,and shape of the jet is slender;The numerical simulation calculation shows the velocity of the jet is 8.96 km/s,and the shape of the jet is also slender.
