基于粗糙集的分类规则挖掘的研究

为了使粗糙集理论应用于分类规则挖掘更具严密性,能够有效的提高挖掘异常规则的效率和针对性,研究和探讨了数据预处理、多层分类规则挖掘、规则约简等方面的技术和方法,提出了基于粗糙集的异常规则挖掘算法,增量式分类规则挖掘策略和多层次分类规则挖掘策略,并建立了一个完整的基于粗糙集的分类规则挖掘模型。

Research on Classification Rule Mining Based On Rough Set

In order to make the application of rough set theory in classification rule mining become more tight and effectively improve the efficiency and focus of the abnormal rule mining,this paper researches and explores the technology and method in such aspects as data preconditioning,multi-layer classification rule mining and rules reduction,proposes an abnormal rule mining algorithm based on rough set,and an incremental classification rule mining strategy and a multi-layer classification rule mining strategy,establishes a complete classification rule mining model based on rough set.
