| Abstract: | Taking Shugang railway in Panjin as an example,this thesis introduces selection ways of major railway technical standards,holds that we should carry out the principle of attending to the essentials and neglecting trifles,and goes by traffic amount,so as to ensure a reasonable cost-effective principle,the two must be balanced and uniform. |
