摘    要:基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术的某型高炮随动系统测试平台由前端采集插头、信号切换电路和变换电路、数据采集卡组成.信号切换和变换板由JZX-18F继电器和WB系列电量传感器组成.前端采集插头接收测试数据,切换继电器电路传递被测电路板信号.传感器隔离、变换被测信号,AT-MTO-16E-1数据采集卡采集与处理信号.验证表明该测试平台能完成某型高炮随动系统所有信号测试.

Abstract:Testing system for flowing system of flack based on LabVIEW is composed of data acquisition plug, signal commutation-switch circuit and data acquisition card. Signal switch circuit board is composed of JZX-18F relay and WB series sensors. Testing data is received with data acquisition plug, signal from tested circuit board is transferred by circuit of switch relay. Tested signal is insulated and switched by sensor, AT-MTO-16E-1 data acquisition card collect and process data signal. Test shows that testing system can accomplish all signal test of the flowing system for flack.
