新场气田蓬莱镇组气藏油气层保护及加砂压裂技术应用

摘    要:加砂压裂技术在J3p气藏成功应用,使该气藏取得显著经济效益和社会效益。文中对J3p气藏100多口勘探开发井的资料分析,钻井对储层损害的主要因素有超压钻井、钻井液浸泡时间过长、井喷后加高密度钻井液压井和深穿射孔等。分析了气藏损害对压裂效果影响,提出气藏油气层保护技术的合理方法是采用合理完井方式、使用优质钻井液、缩短钻井液对储层浸泡时间和避免井喷事故发生等。

Abstract:Sand fracturing technology is successfully used in J3P gas reservoirs, and outstanding economicbenefits and social benefits have been achieved. By analysing the data of over 100 exploration wells in J3P gasreservoirs, find that main factors damaging reservoirs during drilling period are overbalance drilling, long - timedrilling fluid soaking, adding high-density drilling fluid to kill the wen after well blowout and deep- penetration perforation etc. The paper also analyses effects of gas reservoir damage on fracturing, proPOses the rationalmethods of reservoir protection include rational well completion method, using high-quality drilling fluid, shortening drilling fluid soaking time and avoiding well blowouts etc.
