微生物采油机理研究

摘    要:本研究对辽河、江汉油水样中分离的4株微生物,在青海七个泉油田中19井微生物增油的机理进行了详细的研究和分析.结果发现4种微生物能不同程度降解原油长链烷烃和芳烃且混合菌较单一菌效果好,同时生成大量具有降粘能力的短链有机酸、醇和生物气等物质.模拟试验表明,4种微生物及混合菌种均能不同程度地提高原油采收率.

Abstract:microorganisms are separated from oil-water samples from Liaohe,Jianghan Oilfield.Mechanism of microbial oil production stimulation in well Zhong 19 is studied and analysed in detail in Qi Gequan Oilfield of Qinghai.The analysis result shows that 4 microorganisms can degrade long chain alkane and aromatic hydrocarbon in crude oil,and mixed funguses have better result than single fungus.At the same time,a lot of short chain organic acid with viscosity-reducing characteristics,alcohol and biogas etc.are synthesized.Simulation tests show that 4 microorganisms and mixed funguses can all enhance crude oil recovery.
