PA阳离子聚合物的合成及抑制性研究

摘    要:以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为原料,分别通过缩合聚合和在氧化还原引发体系(过硫酸钾-亚硫酸钠引发剂)引发下的自由基聚合合成了季铵盐阳离子聚合物PA1和PA2.通过防止泥页岩水化膨胀的粘土稳定性能研究,讨论了它们的分子结构对抑制性的影响.结果表明:阳离子聚合物PA1和PA2有好的稳定粘土的性能,抑制性与聚合物分子结构有关.

Abstract:Two kinds of quaternary ammonium salt cationic polymers PA 1 and PA 2 have been synthesized with a reacting materials of epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine by condensation polymerization and by radical polymerization as initiator with potassium persulfate.The effect of molecular structure of polymer to anti-swell ability are studied by analysing clay stabilization capabilities investigated.The results indicate that clay stabilization capability of the polymers are excellent and the molecular structure of a polymer affects anti-swell capability.
