摘    要:针对钻具地面存放过程中腐蚀较严重的事实,采用上挂片大气腐蚀度法,通过缓蚀 类,使用浓度、PH值及复配和成膜剂协作用等对钻具缓蚀效果的影响,研究了研制开发了一种钻具地面存主防腐缓蚀剂ANPJ。

Abstract:According to the fact more serous atmosphere corrosion exists while drilling pipes are piled on ground,the corrosion weight loss measurement method is applied.Some effecting factors,such as the kind,concentration and pH value of the corrosion inhibitor and forming film agent are investigated.An inhibitor_ANPJ preventing drill-stem corrosion in a moist atmosphere is developed.The experimental evaluations indicate that ANPJ has a corrosion prevention rate of 94.52% when concentration is 1200mg/L and will keep drilling pipe not corrode for half a month in damp atmosphere.
