| Abstract: | Based on the damaging analysis of forge heating furnace gate, the technology measures are made to prolong the service life of the furnace gate. The castable is manufactured, which has low density and high thermal shock resistance. The industrial application is carried out. Satisfactory results have been acquired and the service life of the furnace gate has been prolonged 2.1 times. |
