不同锆源合成ZrHZSM-5分子筛及其丙烯齐聚催化性能

摘    要: 分别采用硝酸锆、硫酸锆、氧氯化锆为锆源,以正丁胺(NBA)为模板剂,水热法直接合成了ZrHZSM-5分子筛。通过XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、BET等手段对分子筛进行了结构和性质等测试,以不同锆源ZrHZSM-5分子筛的结构和性质以及对烯烃齐聚制备液体燃料过程中的催化性能的影响. 实验考察了不同锆源对ZrHZSM-5分子筛催化活性和选择性的影响并对其原因进行了探讨。结果表明,不同的锆源合成的分子筛有所不同,以硝酸锆为锆源合成的ZrHZSM-5分子筛结晶度良好,表面规整,孔径和酸性分布较好,在丙烯齐聚反应中有很好的催化活性、选择性和稳定性,为较佳的烯烃齐聚反应催化剂。

Abstract:The ZrHZSM-5 zeolites with different zirconium source were synthesized by hydrothermal method with water glass, aluminum sulfate, zirconium nitrate and n-butylamine (NBA) as the template. The nature of these synthesized samples were discussed based on the characterization results of XRD, SEM,BET and NH3-TPD. The influence of different zirconium source on the oligomerization activity of ZrHZSM-5 had also been discussed. It was indicated that the ZrHZSM-5 zeolite with zirconium nitrate as zirconium source had regular structure and increased acid sites,which was found to have good catalytic activity,selectivity and stability over the propylene oligomerization reaction and could be regarded as the better catalyst over the olefins oligomerization.
