小直径内管抛光技术分析及应用

摘    要:某设备聚合反应管内经常发生粘壁现象,影响正常生产。为提高反应管内壁表面质量,对2根备用的反应管进行内壁抛光处理,以替换在用反应管。要求抛光后粗糙度Ra≤0.8μm,且壁厚的磨削值不大于0.1mm。由于管件较长,而其孔径又较小,长径比高达242,属于小直径内管深孔抛光加工,加工难度较大。文中对几种抛光技术方案进行了分析比较,选择了最佳工艺方案,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Fouling phenomenon of the inner tubes of some polymerization equipment often occurred , and thus affected the normal operation. To improve the inner-wall surface quality of reaction tubes , the polishing treatment was made to the inner walls of 2 spare reaction tubes. It was required that the roughness was Ra≤0.8 μm and the grinding value of the wall thickness was 0.1mm after polishing. Because the pipe fittings are long , their bores are small , their respect ratios are as high as 242 , and the machining belongs to deep drilling polishing of small-diameter inner tubes , the machining is difficult. This paper made comparison and analysis of some polishing technical schemes , selected the optimum scheme , and has a certain value for promotion and application.
