摘    要:极距是铝电解生产的一个很重要的工艺参数,连续动态测量起来比较困难.采用无线通信,融合硬件滤波和抗干扰技术,在Delphi环境下开发极距分布监测系统.经现场应用,测试数据稳定可靠.系统能有效实现铝电解槽极距分布监测,对于下一步找出不合理极距,使槽底极距最大程度均一化,实现铝电解槽节能降耗和稳定高效运行,具有很重要的生产指导意义.

Abstract:As an important parameter in aluminum electrolysis production,anode-cathode-distance(ACD)is difficult to successive dynamic measuring.A distribution monitoring system of ACD is developed under the circumstance of Delphi,which adopts wireless communication technology,also combines filtering and restrain disturbance for hardware.Field application proved that the testing data was steady and reliable.The system can realize the distribution monitoring of ACD,according this to find the unreasonable ACD and make them homogeneous distribution,also,finally realize energy saving and consumption reduction and stable and high effective operation of aluminum reduction cell,there has very important significance for guiding the aluminum industries.
