地下卤水对混凝土基础及桩的腐蚀评价与防护

摘    要:该文以实例说明地下卤水对混凝土的腐蚀,在干湿交替带受干旱气候的影响,腐蚀严重;而地下液相带、因无气候影响,腐蚀轻微。通常混凝土基础多处于干湿交替带,混凝土桩多处于液相带。为此讨论了水土中各主要盐类在干湿交替带和液相带腐蚀的各种因素,并在液相带引入了氯盐及重碳酸盐对硫酸盐腐蚀的抑制作用和评估方法。提供有关地下卤水中的混凝土工程、基础及桩腐蚀的评价和防护方面的工作作为参考。

Abstract:The paper introduced the erosion on concrete by underground brine from case histories.It is serious in dry and wet alternate area because of dry climate or it is slight in ground liquid phase area as no climate effect.In general,concrete foundation is almost in dry and wet alternate area while the conerete pile is in liquid phase area.Various factors of corrosion from major salines in water and soil for dry and wet alternale area and liquid phase ones are discussed here.In the liquid phase area chloridum and heavy carbonate are used to reduce corrosion of sulphate and its evaluation method is introduced also.All experience of evaluation and protection of corrosion in the underground brine for concrete engineering,foundation and pile projects are suggested for refference.
