| 摘 要： | 城市可持续发展作为一种发展观，已被人们普遍接受，作为一种发展战略，目前尚无统一的标准。由于可持续性概念本身的内在矛盾性，力。上城市发展各种现实条件的制约，使我们很难在理论上确定出一种具有可持续性的城市发展理想模式，在实践上也不可避免地使城市可持续发展规划决策具有某种程度的折衷性。作者从城市发展目标、城市产业发展方向、城市空间增长模式、城市土地利用方式与强度、城市交通方式与交通政策等方面具体论述了城市可持续发展规划决策中面临的困惑与选择。

| Abstract: | Sustainable urban development has now been in common acceptance but as a development strategy, there isnit yet the consensus ofstandards for it. Due to inner contradictions of the concept sustainabilityitself and restrictive conditions in urban development, it is difficult to define the ideal pattern of urban development with sustainability and inpractice, inevitably there is eclecticism to a certain extent for planningdecision of sustainable urban development. From the aspects of goal forurban development, orientation forurban economic development, pattern for urban space groWth, form andintensity for urban land use, and wayand policy for urban transport, thispaper discusses in detail the puzzlesand choices in planning decision forsustainable urban development. |
