摘    要:采用超浓反相乳液聚合法合成AA /AM/AMPS三元共聚物降滤失水剂.正交实验考察了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、水相体积分数等反应条件对降滤失水剂稳定性能和滤失水量的影响,直观和方差分析结果表明,乳化剂用量对超浓反相乳液聚合物性能的影响最显著,在乳化剂用量占油相总量的12%,引发剂用量占单体总量的0.2%,水相体积分数78%的最佳反应条件下,合成聚合物降滤失水剂稳定性为2.40,滤失水量为10.30 mL.

Abstract:A filtrate reducer in drilling fluid was synthesized by super-concentrated inverse emulsion polymerization using acrylic acid (AA),acrylamide (AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomers.The influence of the emulsifier dosage,the initiator dosage and the volume fraction of water phase on the stability and the fluid loss control ability was studied by orthogonal experiment.The analysis result showed that the properties were greatly affected by emulsifier dosage.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the emulsifier dosage 12% based on the total oil phase,the initiator dosage 0.2 % based on the mole number of total monomers and the volume fraction of water phase was 78%,and under these conditions the relative stability and fluid loss control ability were 2.40 and 10.30 mL,respectively.
