PVC抗冲改性剂及其研究

摘    要:综述了我国聚氯乙烯(PVC)抗冲改性剂主要品种的性能、生产情况、市场需求及研究进展,包括聚丙烯酸酯类、氯化聚乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元接枝共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙丙橡胶、纳米级复合粒子等.并从制品的改性效果,如抗冲击性、抗冲强度保持率、耐候性、透明性、加工性、与其他助剂配合等方面综合考虑,认为聚丙烯酸酯类是抗冲改性剂品种中最好的一类.

Abstract:The properties,production,market and development of main impact modifiers for PVC at home were reviewed.The above metioned impact modifiers included polyacrylates,chloropolyethylene,methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene ternary graft copolymer,acronitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,ethylene-propylene rubber,compounded nanoparticles,etc.The improvement effects in impact,retention of tensile strength,weatherability,transparency,processability,combination with other aids were examined and the result showed that polymethacrylate was the best one among the impact modifiers.
