粉煤灰复合固体酸催化剂的制备及影响因素

摘    要:以粉煤灰、硫酸亚铁、氧氯化锆为原料,经激活、复合、陈化、酸浸、干燥、焙烧等工艺制得固体酸催化剂,用于合成丙烯酸正丁酯的酯化反应,考察了催化剂制备条件对催化剂硫含量、比表面、催化性能的影响,并通过IR、XRD等手段对催化剂结构予以表征.

Abstract:Solid acid catalyst was prepared using fly ash as maj acid dipping,drying and calcinations.The solid acid was used to effects influencing sulfur content in catalyst, specific surface, ca characterized by IR, XRD. The effects of preparing conditions on sis. or raw material by activation, compounding, aging, synthesize n - butyl acrylate by esterification. The talytic properties catalytic activity were examined. The catalyst was were investigated with an emphasis.
