玻璃酸钠注射剂治疗膝关节炎68例

目的 观察玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效及安全性.方法 68例膝患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每次25～50 mg,每周1次,3～5周为1个疗程.结果 按照疼痛、日常动作、步行能力受限程度评估,有效率97%,优良率83%.结论 玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是一种实用、简便、安全、无毒副作用且疗效良好的治疗.

Treatment Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on Gonarthritis in 68 Cases
