高功率微波常用测量器件标定方法研究

摘    要:首先分析了检波器现有标定方法存在的问题,并且进行了实验研究。研究结果表明信号源输出功率未实时监测和检波器驻波比引起的反射是检波器灵敏度存在差异的主要原因。在此基础上提出了改进后的检波器标定方法,并且实验验证了改进后标定方法的正确性。分别采用Agilent 信号源和Agilent 矢量网络分析仪研究了HPM 常用测量器件窄脉冲和连续波下的衰减量差异。研究结果表明:测量器件衰减环节窄脉冲下衰减量可采用矢网连续波测试结果,二者最大差别约0.3 dB。

Abstract:In this paper, the problem in calibration method of detector was analysed and tested with Anritsu and Agilent microwave generators. Experimental results show that the output power not diagnosed real-time was one reason for the obvious differences in sensitivity of detector which calibrated with the two microwave generators. And another primary reason was reflection caused by the VSWR of the detector. Based on the above research, calibration method was bring out and validated. Attenuation of measuring elements were tested in the short pulse mode and CW mode with Agilent microwave generator and Agilent network analyzer. And the results show that calibration results at CW mode with network analyzer could be used in the power measurements of HPM pulses, which the maximum discrepancies were about 0.3 dB.
