7055铝合金动态压缩下的剪切局部化

摘    要:采用分离式Hopkinson压杆装置对AA7055铝合金试件分别进行1到4次动态压缩,利用光学显微镜对压缩后试件进行了微观组织观察,研究了动态压缩时7055铝合金的宏观力学性能及剪切局部化现象。随着压缩次数的增加,材料的力学响应由应变硬化转变为应变软化,同时试件微观组织由均匀变形转变为形成剪切局部化;初始形成的剪切局部化对试件的屈服应力没有影响,随着加载的进行,剪切局部化的发展与流动应力的下降同时出现。

Abstract:1-4 times dynamic compression for four AA7055 aluminum alloy specimens were carried out respectively by split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB),and the microstructure of the compressed specimens was observed by optical microscopy.The result shows that with the increase of compression times,the material's mechanical response changes from strain hardening to strain softening,while the microstructure of the specimens develops from uniform deformation to forming shear localization;the initially-formed shear localiza...
