滑动式拉丝机基本参数的分析与计算

本文分析了滑动式拉丝机基本参数之间的内在联系。提出了一种计算基本参数的方法,即“道次函数法”。该方法通过在相邻道次最小出模线径之间建立一种合理的函数关系,来求得各道次的基本参数。文中给出了该方法的计算程序框图并进行了实例计算,结果表明,该方法与传统方法比较具有明显优越性。

Analysis and Calculation of the Basic Parameters for Slip-Type Drawing Machines

This paper thoroughly analyses the internal relations of the basic parameters for "slip" drawing machines and therefore presents a method for calculating the basic parameters that is so called "Draft Function Method" (DFM). The method evaluates the basic parameters of each draft by establishing the reasonable funtctional relation between the minimum wire diameters of two neighbouring drafts at die exit. The paper also gives the block diagram for computing procedure and an example for calculating. The comparison between the parameters obtained by DFM and the traditional method shows that DFM is greatly superior to traditional method.
