B型矿渣硅酸盐水泥制备研究

通过大量试验探索B型矿渣硅酸盐水泥生产工艺和水泥性能,确定合理的生产控制参数。研究的结果表明:采用熟料、矿渣、石膏等分开粉磨再混合的方式制备的B型矿渣水泥是经济可行的。粉煤灰、石灰石可以改善入磨物料的易磨性,提高磨机的台时产量,提高水泥的早期强度。

Research on Fabrication of B-type Slag Silicate Cement

Through many experiments,processing techniques and properties of B-type slag silicate cement was explored,and proper process control parameters were also determined.It is technically and economical feasible that clinker,slag and gypsum can be separate ground first and then ground together.Addition of fly ash and limestone can improve the grindability of raw materials,machine-hour yield of mill and early strength of cement also can be greatly improved.
