中压加氢改质成套技术的工业实践

摘    要:介绍中压加氢改质成套技术及在燕山石化公司1.0Mt/a中压加氢改质工业装置上的试验结果。该装置采用一段两剂串联,一次通过流程,对重油催化裂化柴油、常三线、减一线(或减二线)油的混合油进行改质,可以生产高芳烃潜含量石脑油、优质柴油、喷气燃料组分油及乙烯装置的优质原料。

Abstract:The process and engineering development of the mid pressure hydro upgrading technology, as well as its industrial practice in a 1 Mt/a mid pressure hydro upgrading unit at Yanshan Petrochemical Company were introduced. The unit adopted a single stage with two catalysts loaded in series and once through process flow. A mixed feedstock of a LCO from residue FCCU, a third side cut from atmospheric column, and a first or second side cut from vacuum column was upgraded with the said technology. The upgrading result showed that the naphtha with high aromatics potential, a superior diesel, a jet fuel blending component and a feedstock for ethylene plant could be produced.
