| 摘 要： | 针对《房地产开发》课程的教学内容和重点，结合自身教学实践，对此课程的教学方法进行了探讨。在以学生为课堂主导地位的基础上，结合“合作、探究”的教学方法强化教学环节，充分发挥学生的主观能动性，达到提高教学效果的主旨。

| Abstract: | In view of property development curriculum course content and key, the paper unifies own teachingpractice to make this curriculum teaching method discussion. By taken the students as the class dominator foundation, and united with the ＂cooperation, investigation＂ teaching method,the paper gets slrengthening teaching link, development of students＇ subjective initiative, and enhancing of the teaching effect. |
