摘    要:从总体上设计了商用车控制系统的拓扑结构,把整车分为4大模块,分别进行信号采集.运用CAN总线,设计了商用车发动机系统、悬架系统、车身系统的信号采集电路.用SJA1000芯片作CAN控制器,89C52作系统CPU,PCA82C250芯片作CAN控制器与CPU之间的接口电路,并编写了SJA1000的初始化驱动程序.结果表明:运用CAN总线信号采集系统,能大大简化商用车信号采集系统的布线,明显地提高信号采集系统的可靠性和实时性.

Abstract:The topology configuration of commercial vehicle control system in the mass is designed.The whole vehicle is divided into four big modules which are controlled separately.The application of CAN-bus on the data acquisition of commercial vehicle is narrated and the data acquisition circuit of engine,suspension system and body system are designed.SJA1000 circuit is used as CAN-bus controller,89C52 as CPU of the system,PCA82C250 circuit as the interface circuit connecting CAN-bus controller with CPU together.An...
