端噁唑啉聚醚/烷氧焦磷酸酯型钛酸酯复合处理CaCO_3改善聚烯烃冲击韧性研究

摘    要:本文采用端 唑啉聚醚与烷氧焦磷酸酯型钛酸酯偶联剂复合处理CaCO3表面,考察了这种处理方法对CaCO3表面成份及PP/CaCO3、HDPE/CaCO3和PVC/CaCO3体系的性能影响。实验结果表明:这种处理方法可在一般加工条件下实现对CaCO3颗粒表面的弹性层包覆,较好地改善了这三种体系的冲击韧性。

Abstract:CaCO3 was surface-treated by oxazoline-terminated polyether and alkoxy pyrophsphate titanate combination, and the effect of this surface treatment on the propelties of PP/CaCO3, HDPE/CaCO3, and PVC/CaCO3 systems was studied. The results show that by this method an elastic skin can be formed on the surface of CaCO3 particles in conventional processing conditions and obviously improving the impact toughness of the three compounds mensioned above.
