金属基-陶瓷电刷镀复合镀层高温摩擦磨损性能研究

摘    要:采用高温磨损试验机对Ni-Co-ZrO2电刷镀复合镀层的高温摩擦磨损特性进行研究;利用电子探针能谱仪对磨损形貌及成分进行观察与分析;初步分析复合镀层的高温磨损机理。

Abstract:With the aid of high temperature wear tester,the high temperature friction and wear performance of Ni-Co-ZrO2 brush plating composite coating is discussed.By the energy chart instrument,the coating wear surface is observed and analysed. The high temperature wear mechanism has been researched and discussed preliminarily.
