基于蓝牙的多路无线测试系统的研究与实现

摘    要:提出了基于工业现场采用蓝牙技术设计无线数据采集系统的思想。本文主要以TGS813等气体传感器为核心元件构成的气体报警器出厂前测试为例,实现了对128路传感器信号的采集,同时能够监测到工作环境的温度和湿度。通过对系统的测试,证明了利用蓝牙技术设计的无线数据采集系统能够准确地采集信号,满足工业生产测试的需要。

Abstract:the paper taking the testing of poisonous gas annunciators as example,annunciators were made up of TGS813 sensors.this system could collect sensors signal of 128 channels,and gathered signal of environment temperature and humidity.This testing system proved that the wireless communication testing system of bluetooth technology could collect signal correctly,and sufficed the testing of industry production.
