石化企业蒸汽动力与供热系统新建及改造方案的优化

摘    要:以北京燕山石油化工公司的蒸汽动力与供热系统为例,提出了按照最优化原则新建或改造石化企业中这一系统的重要性和复杂性。介绍了一种实现此类系统优化规划的方法和工具。根据系统中的现实热负荷和热负荷发展、原有的热源结构和热源改造的意向以及能源价格和经济指标等条件,得出了该系统的最优改造方案,并对系统在夏季负荷条件下的运行调度方案进行了优化。优化方案的经济效益和节能效益达到7%左右,用于改造的投资回收期为3年

Abstract:This paper points out with an example the importance and complexity of constructing or retrofitting a steam supply and district heating system in petrochemical industry according to optimization principle A method and tool to carry out the optimal planning of the system is presented.Based on the existing steam and space heating loads and their expansions,original configuration and retrofit options of the heat sources in a practical system,energy prices,economic indices and other conditions,an optimal retrofit option of the system has been obtained The optimization of operation dispatching of the system in summer season has also been completed The results of this study show that both economic and energy conservation benefits of the optimal option can reach around 7 percent,and payback period of investment for the retrofitting is 3 years
