油田回注污水水质控制指标优化方法研究与应用

摘    要:针对现有回注污水水质指标和水质标准研究方法存在的一些缺陷,以经济最优化为目标,建立了新的水质伤害预测与水质指标优化方法,通过不同水质条件下注水伤害率、污水处理成本、增注频次、注水综合成本预测,确定了代表低渗储层的沙埝油田回注污水合理水质指标。通过沙埝油田新旧水质指标对比,新水质指标兼顾了储层保护、污水处理工艺水平、处理成本和增注周期,更加符合现场实际,操作性更强。

Abstract:Aiming at some defects of the existing reinjected water quality index and the research methods of water qual- ity standard, with economic optimum as the goal, a new optimization method of water quality damage prediction and water quality index is established. A quality index of water injection in Shanian Oilfield, which represents the low permeability reservoir, is established by forecasting water damage rate, sewage treatment costs, stimulation of injection well frequency, and the comprehensive cost of water injection in different water quality conditions. Through the corellation of the old and new water quality index, it is shown that the new index gives consideration to reservoir protection demand, sewage treatment process, treatment costs and stimulation of injection well cycle, and is more accordant to the actual and easy to operate.
