摘    要:采用水淬高炉矿渣、无水石膏和硅酸盐水泥熟料等传统原材料,掺加一种特制的M型外加剂,调整不同配比,研究了生产少熟料高强矿渣水泥的途径。借助SEM等手段对水化过程和水化产物进行了分析,并对水化机理进行了探讨。结果表明,采用M型外加剂解决了碱矿渣水泥的快凝问题,并获得了较高的早期强度和后期强度,在不掺加硅酸盐水泥熟料的情况下制得了525#矿渣水泥。

Abstract:Using traditional raw material,i.e. water quenching hochoven slag,anhydrite and silicate cement etc. mixing with a special M-additive,adjusting ratio of mixture,the paper discusses a way of production of high--strength slag cement,and analyses the process of hydrate with the way SEM,and probes into the hydrate mechanism,As a result,the method using M-ad- ditive solves the quick setting of the basic slag cement,and obtains higher initial strength and later strength,so we produce the 525# slag cement without mixing silicate cement clinker.
