| 摘 要： | 运用UG三维造型技术对交流接触器外壳进行实体建模,并运用Moldflow软件对塑件的注塑成型过程进行CAE模拟分析,确定了模具的浇注系统、冷却系统。在模拟分析的基础上运用UG软件完成了模具设计。模具采用矩形浇口、侧向抽芯机构及合理的冷却系统,模具结构合理。

| Abstract: | A solid model about the shell of AC contacting implement was put up by using UG threedimensional sculpting technolgy and using Moldflow software to analyze and simulate injection progress for the plastic part,and the gating system,cooling system were determined.On the basis of simulation,an injection mould was designed by using UG software.The rectangle gate,side parting core-pulling mechanism and rational cooling system were applied to the mould,and then the structure was reasonable. |
