采用磁放大器后级稳压的反激变换器设计

摘    要:分析了辅输出后级稳压采用磁放大器的反激变换器稳态工作原理,并给出了关键电路参数的设计指导准则.50W的两路输出原理样机实验结果表明,采用磁放大器后级稳压的反激变换器辅输出具有良好的电压稳定性.为减小因多次分时控制而带来变压器次级侧电流应力大的问题,提出一种新的针对多路辅输出反激变换器应用场合的磁放大器方案,实验验证了新方案的可行性.

Abstract:The steady-state operation principle of flyback converter with Magamp post-regulator is analyzed,and then the design guidelines for the key circuit parameters,including transformer and Magamp etc,are given.The prototype with two outputs(5V/5A and 12V/2A respectively) showed that the auxiliary output voltage had good regulation.In order to avoid the high current stress of the transformer secondary side causing by time-sharing control,a new Magamp solution is proposed for multiple auxiliary outputs.And experiments also verified the solution.
