摘    要:目前锅炉钢构架中梁柱的刚性连接形式大部分采用梁腹板以螺栓连接,梁翼缘板采用全焊透的形式与柱连接。以H型钢为研究对象,通过对这种传统的梁柱连接及其他四种不同的连接形式进行非线性有限元分析,提出新的梁柱刚性连接节点的设计思想,即在梁柱连接区梁端采取扩大翼缘板宽度,同时柱端增加加劲肋,避免在连接焊缝区域产生应力集中的现象,使因应力过大而产生的塑性铰远离连接区,提高节点的承载性能。

Abstract:At present,web-bolted and flange-welded connections are used for most of beam-column joints of boiler steel frames.Taking H-shape section steel as the object,nonlinear finite element analysis is done for the traditional beam-column connection and other four different connections.The analytic results are studied and laws summarized,so as to propose new ideas of designing beam-column connections,i.e.increasing the width of flange plate at the beam end and also increasing stiffener at the column end,which avoids stress concentration in the weld zone of the connection and makes the plastic hinge due to large stress be far away from the connecting area,thus improving greatly the bearing behavior of the joint.
