摘    要:分析了齿条筒塑件的结构工艺性,确定了合理的模具结构,依据塑件形状特点设计了成型拉板、外拉板及延时开模器3种定距分型机构,巧妙利用模具开模动作实现了齿条筒塑件脱模。模具结构新颖,生产效率高,对类似长筒类塑件的模具设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The structure processing of a plastic gear rack barrel-shaped component was analyzed and a mould structure was determined. Three kinds of fixed-distance parting mechanism, including shaped draw plate, external draw plate and time-delay switching ware, were designed based on the part shape characteristics. The application of the mechanisms makes the gear rack barrel-shaped component stripped smoothly with the mould opening action.
