Abstract: | The most commonly used MR angiography techniques are categorized as time-of-flight, phase-contrast, or contrast-enhanced methods. When the basic principles of the various MR angiographic methods are understood, the techniques can be used to achieve high-quality angiograms. This article describes the physical principles and theory of some of the most widely used MR angiographic methods. |
