喷丝孔结构对中间相沥青基异形纤维截面形状的影响

摘    要:采用了几种不同异形孔结构的喷丝板对中间相沥青的熔融纺丝进行了研究,结果表明,喷丝板结构对异形纤维截面的形状有决定性影响,利用Y 形喷丝板通过调整纺丝工艺参数,可得到Y 形、三角形和椭圆形等不同截面形状的纤维,同时也制得了中空炭纤维。

Abstract:The spinning of mesophase pitch was studied using different shape spinneret.The results show that the shape of spinneret hole has great effects on the section shape of carbon fibers.Y shape,triangle shape ,ellipse shape carbon fibers were obtained by Y shape hole spinneret.At the same time hollow carbon fiber was also obtained.
