炭纤维/热解炭+Al2O3复合材料的微观结构研究

摘    要:为提高炭/炭复合材料的隔热性能,设计出了Al2O3粉末和纤维+炭布缠绕预制体结构。采用快速化学气相沉积新技术制备出了炭纤维/热解炭+Al2O3复合材料,并采用SEM分析、能谱分析及X射线衍射分析研究了其微观结构。实验结果表明,这种材料自表面到内部形成了有利于隔热的密度梯度,材料组织均匀,闭孔细小,分布合理,隔热性能良好

Abstract:In order to improve insulating against heat property of carbon/carbon composites,the preforms of Al2O3 fiber and carbon cloth are designed,and carbon fiber/pyrolytic carbon Al2O3 composites are prepared by a new technology of rapid chemical vapour depositionThe microstructure of the composites was studied by SEM,EDS and XRD analysesThe results indicate that density gradient from materials surface to their interior is formed,the microstructure of the composites is uniform,the porosity of the composites is small and well-distributed,the insulating property of the synthesized composite is excellent
