| 摘 要： | 根据我校校医院对全校教师体检和对教师参加体育锻炼情况的调查、分析。结果表明：虽然教师参加体育锻炼的目的明确，但教学、科研任务繁重，缺乏时间，缺乏组织与指导，缺乏体育锻炼场所。所以我校教师健康状况令人担忧，本文针对我校教师情况提出相应建议与措施，以改善我校教师健康水平。

| Abstract: | According to the physical examination and the survey on their exercise taking,it concludes that the healthy status of all the teachers in our college is worrying.Despite their strong will to participate in the physical exercise ,it still can't be implemented for such unachievable conditions as work,places and guidance.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward here with the purpose of improving the teachers' health. |
