| 摘 要： | 工程量清单计价模式是国际工程造价管理的通行做法。全过程造价控制是加强工程造价管理提高投资效益的有效途径。江汉油田概预算中心在江汉油田五七大道西段工程项目造价控制中,推行工程量清单计价模式,探索全过程造价管理,积累了较丰富的经验。

| Abstract: | The fabrication coct mode by project quantity bill is popularly practiced in the tabncation cost management of international projects The entire proems control of fabrication cost is an effective method to strengthen project fabrication cost management and to improve investment benefits. During the practical course of the control of fabrication cost for the western .section of Wuqi Road, Jianghan Oilfield, the Budget Center of Jianghan Oilfield has popularized the fabrication cost mode by bill and probed into the entire process control of fabrication cost, has acquired rich experiences. |
