摘    要:介绍了一种感光材料实验用涂布机,主要用于感光胶片涂布工艺和涂布配方的实验。该设备为卧式片环运行形式,综合采用了PLC控制、变频调速、伺服驱动、气动等技术,具有体积小、占地小、功能齐全、配置先进、操作灵活、自动化程度高、成本低等特点,各项性能指标均达到技术要求,设备运行稳定、可靠。

Abstract:The coating machine for a nhotosensitive material experiment is introduced, which is mainly used for film coating technology and coating formulation experiment. The device is a horizontal slice ring onerating mode, and aPPlies PLC control, variable frequencv speed control, servo drive and nneumatie technology. It has the advantages of small size, small occuuation of land, comulete functions, advanced configuration, flexible operation, high degree of automation and low cost. The oerformance indicators have reached the technical requirements, and the eouiuments run stably and reliably.
