摘    要:针对超超临界1 036MW汽轮机高压主汽调节阀在启动和低负荷阶段采用单阀配汽模式,在高负荷下过渡到顺序阀配汽模式、部分负荷经济性较差的情况,对该类型机组的不同配汽方案在安全运行和经济性两方面进行了分析和试验验证。试验结果表明:优化后的配汽方案可使机组的供电煤耗降低0.3~3.9g/(kW·h),对节能降耗具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the condition that the economical efficiency of an ultra-supercritical 1 036 MW steam turbine is relatively low under partial loads as its high-pressure main steam control valve adopts the single-valve steam distribution mode at startup stage and low-load period, which is transferred to sequential valve steam distribution model under high load conditions, analysis and test verifications were conducted to different steam distribution schemes for such type of units in terms of safe operation and economical efficiency. Test results indicate that the optimized steam distribution scheme can reduce the coal consumption for power supply by 0. 3-3.9 g/(kW~h), which is of great importance to energy saving and consumption reduction of the unit.
