蒙脱土的有机化处理及其在塑料改性中的应用

摘    要:使用环氧化合物固相插层改性钠基(或钙基)蒙脱土,得到有机蒙脱土,提出了介孔化学反应解聚纳米软团聚体机理,经XRD和TEM测试分析,所得有机蒙脱土的层间距达到3.0-10.0nm。应用该有机蒙脱土与接枝聚烯烃制备的蒙脱土母粒改性PP、PA、PC等聚合物时,硅酸盐片层均能充分剥离。

Organification Process of Montmorillonite and its Application in Modification of Plastics

Abstract:The organic montmorillonite (OMMT) was fabricated by Na-montmorillonite (or Ca-montmorillonite) modified interaction using the epoxy resin, and its degradtion mechanism for sol! coacervate by mesoporous reaction is proposed. The structure and morphology of OMMT were characterized by XRD and TEM, and the results indicated that the interlay- er-spaces of OMMT were 3,0-10.0 nm. The master batch prepared from extruding montmorillonite and grafted polyolefin was employed to modify PP, PA and PC, which resulted in the separation of individual silicate layers in the polymer matrixes.
